Tried to add some bold text and a link to some text in a text block on a project.
Neither works. After the page saves/reloads, no HTML is there anymore, and the text is not \<strong\> or linked on the project's page on the main site.

Text blocks are saved automatically without submitting the form, try clicking out of the text area and then refreshing your website - are the changes there?

Just tried this, no dice.
Added some STRONG, clicked outside to lose focus, refreshed site in another tab, no bold.
Did the same thing, clicked outside, then saved, then reloaded project on main site, no formatting.
Tested on Mac in Chrome + Safari.

Which version are you running? 2.1 or 2.0?

Hi,
I have the same issue here.
Tried on differentsbrowsers on Mac, doesn't work.
And yes i can upload files, but bold / underline / ital etc doesn't save at all.Did you find any solution to this ?

Just a precision:
my server doesn't allow 777 permissions, so i had to set all files at 755, can this be the problem ?
When i set all files to 777 i just can't access to secretary cms. At 755 i could install secretary, then upload files without any problem.Posted 2 months ago # -
Try typing in the field after adding bold etc, should save then.
The save function is fired after typing has occurred, and not when the contents of the text field change. Fixed for the next update..

Where in the secretary files can i force the save function when pressing bold / underline etc buttons ?
I've found the jquery.typewatch.js and the quicktag.js, but i think i'm missing something.Thanks !

It would be in jquery.typewatch.js - I can't really guide you there, it's not my code. I will be fixing this though for the next update.
